Following numerous discussions with dissatisfied Property Owners and frustrated Tenants, it became evident that there was a significant demand for honest, innovative, and considerate Property Management services in Idaho.

The Holden Brothers founded SAGE Holden LLC. to offer these essential services in their hometowns of Nampa and Mountain Home. News of this innovative company spread rapidly, leading to business expansion across the entire Treasure Valley and beyond!

While we are similar to other professional Property Management companies in that we perform standard Property Management functions like rent collection and repairs, what truly sets us apart is our unwavering dedication to both Tenants and Owners. This commitment to both parties proved invaluable during the tumultuous COVID-19 era. Despite the many challenges, we successfully navigated three years without evicting a single Tenant nor missing a single payment to Property Owners.
